This helps me track inventory as well. I also have tabs for royalties, editing fees, expenses, depreciation etc. The summary tab pulls the data from the others to the front in a summarized form. Wish I could say i update it on a regular basis, but I don't. So I, too, am now going through the receipts and filling in the blanks.
