LOL We had fantastic traffic for the books this last weekend. The weather was perfect for the Faire - not too hot, no rain. And the new design for the booth really put the books front and center, drawing in the people. It was wonderful. :)JennaKay Francis, Authorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02368375498230907986noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2874501477620914375.post-77099073835147321602010-08-21T13:32:09.194-04:002010-08-21T13:32:09.194-04:00Great photo! I should think it can be frustrating when folks only seem to want the swords and stuff, but it must be a great feeling when a reader comes back to buy your next book :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2874501477620914375.post-90681975277347371482010-08-20T23:06:17.515-04:002010-08-20T23:06:17.515-04:00Oh, a ghost story. Obviously, he came back. This had happened when he was just about 20 years old and he was now an old man. He told me all about the OOB that he had. It was quite fascinating.JennaKay Francis, Authorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02368375498230907986noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2874501477620914375.post-85459590255465279312010-08-20T16:35:24.168-04:002010-08-20T16:35:24.168-04:00What a great picture, JennaKay. I've tried renting booths at local events, like our town's Whoop-T-Do and Park Fest. People buy the games at the neighboring booth but barely glance at my books.

Anyway, hang in there. Meeting potential customers is fun. And you never know...Beverly Stowe McClurehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02176195451841801819noreply@blogger.com
